About Me
I have been a practitioner of spiritual companioning for over 30 years. Raised in the Presbyterian tradition, I honor all religious traditions whether you use the words God, Goddess, Allah, Buddha, or simply Spirit, Light, Energy, Source, or The Great Mystery.
Spiritual companioning is based on deep listening, without judgment. I can provide guidance in mindfulness and other forms of meditation, the art of discernment, varieties of prayer, embodied spirituality, and creativity as spiritual practice.
All companioning sessions are virtual on Zoom.
